Domestic Shipping
A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent you your email. 
Once your package leaves our studio, shipping takes 2-4 business days. Please email aridergirls@gmail.com with any questions. Our team will reply to you within 24 hours. 


Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we do!


International packages typically arrive within 7-21 business days of shipment. In some cases, international delivery may take up to 30 days. 
Once your package has left the USA, we are not responsible for any extra fees that may apply. Please research your country if they charge extra customs fees or any other fees. Thank you!

I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that? 
You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. Please email us at aridergirls@gmail.com. Due to time differences between the USA and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships. 

What if my package is lost? Arider Girls is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

What if my package was returned to the sender? 
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be sent again.
